Cheap Hitachi NV75AG Round Head 1-3/4-Inch to 3-Inch Coil Framing Nailer Review
The Hitachi NV75AG is a terrific coil nailer. Because it shoots sheathing thru framing nails the 75AG could be the only framing nailer in your toolbox. The real advantage of this gun is the (lack of) weight. Compared to any gun that will do the same, this gun is light. It may seem a little heavy when it's loaded with a full coil of 3" framing nails but it's not long before the coil gets shorter and then the gun is really nice to use. Everything about the 75AG is well designed and manufactured. Hitachi simply makes the best nail guns. I have owned and still own, Senco, Paslode, Makita, DeWalt and Max guns and I'm convinced Hitachi is the best. If I had to get down to just one it would be the NV75AG, the most versatile and comfortable gun I have used.

Featuring selective actuation for making tool-less firing transitions, the NV75AG Coil Siding/Framing can be used for a variety of different applications. By simply sliding the selection control up or down with your hand, you can choose between intermittent and continuous firing. Intermittent firing is ideal for jobs that require precise driving, while the continuous setting can be used to fire nails at a rapid pace by using a bumping motion along the workpiece.
High-Capacity Magazine for Reduced Downtime
The NV75AG features a high-capacity side-loading magazine that's designed for quick, tool-less loading of wire collated and plastic sheet collated nails from 1-3/4 to three inches length. With a nail capacity of 200-300 nails--depending upon the nail size and type--the NV75AG is able to work longer with fewer refills.
Adjustable Depth of Drive for Accuracy
The NV75AG features a convenient depth-of-drive adjustment knob located near the nose. Simply turn the dial to make quick, accurate modifications to the driving depth with no tools required.
Designed for Comfort and Efficiency
With a lightweight aluminum body, the NV75AG weighs just 5.5 pounds and measures 10-11/16 x 13-5/16 x 5-3/16 inches (LxHxW), so it's easy to maneuver. Its soft rubber grip provides optimum control and extended comfort for all-day jobs.
For further ease of use, Hitachi equipped the NV75AG with an adjustable, 360-degree air deflector. Also, an included no-mar nose cap protects the workpiece and the tool, and a plastic shield deflects wire collation for safety.
Designed with a 3/8-inch NPT thread air inlet, the NV75AG requires 70-120 psi operating pressure to function properly. It takes in air at a rate of 0.064 cubic feet per cycle at 100 psi.
The Hitachi NT50AE2 Brad Nailer is backed by a five-year limited warranty.
